Operation Notification is a program that the Maricopa County Sheriff's
Office designed to assist the business owner or operator in times of emergency through a coded number system.
It is a valuable tool to notify the business owner when their property has been illegally entered or damaged
by fire, storm or vandalism.
To participate, the business owner or operator fills out a notification card, which is maintained in the
communication section. A deputy places a Window sticker with the individualized code numbers in a business
window. If the business is victimized to crime or damage, the investigating deputy will be able to have the
business owner notified to advise them of the incident.
